Although the Beretta M8045 Cougar SCW Version is somewhat bulky looking gun it’s actually very nicely made and finished. It feels great in the hand – very solid and realistic. It’s extremely well detailed with one of the most excellent markings I’ve seen lately. The gun simply looks good no matter how critical you can be. It also feels good in both terms of weight and touch. The grips are, as expected of Western Arms Berettas, amazing – they look great and at the same time make the gun very comfortable to hold. As to the performance – it certainly keeps step with the looks. The accuracy of the Beretta M8045 Cougar SCW Version is excellent; it’s extremely powerful and very consistent. It’s also pretty durable even if you’re using strong gases. I’m pretty sure you’ll like the thing, but check out some specifications first:
Length: 184mm
Weight: 959g
Material: ABS (Heavy Weight)
Capacity: 27rds (6mm BB)
Power: 220fps (134a Gas)
System: Gas Blowback
There’s not too much to be put as a downside. You should consider the fact that this is a pretty heavy pistol and may not be comfortable for everybody. Still weight has its advantages – the gun feels exactly like the real thing. And don’t worry about balance – it really feels great. It’s not at all pricy costing about $170, and if you ask me it’s a pretty good deal. I’m sure, if you decide to get it, it will meet all your expectations.
