Western Arms – Beretta 92FS Elite 1A Silver

by Airsoft Guns on October 3, 2008

This is a silver version of the black WA Beretta Elite 1A and even if you don’t agree I think it looks so much better that way than in black. It’s really a beautiful gun. It looks quite different to a standard 92. It has squared off frame, built in rail and the backstrap of the grip is lacking the trademark curve of the 92 grip. Still looks beautiful and I’m sure you’ll like it very much. The silver finish is of remarkably good quality, with no pooling, pitting or bubbling visible anywhere. The safeties (ambidextrous), disassembly lever, trigger, slide lock, trigger bar, serrated hammer, magazine release, recoil rod and front and rear sights are all metal and the gun feels very solid and heavy in the hand. The grips are nice and comfortable. They feel like simple plastic, but the appearance certainly looks accurate to the real thing. The performance is similar to the other Elites – the gun is fairly accurate, pretty powerful and consistent. Here’s the provided info for it:

“Heavy weight semi auto gas powered replica pistol firing 6mm plastic bb’s (approx 100 included), magazine capacity approx 25 rounds, length approx 21cm, requires gas to operate the pistol. Please note the instructions are in Japanese only English version is not available”

I have nothing to put as downsides here. The gun is beautifully made, accurate, solid and heavy and I doubt you’ll find anything in it that will disappoint you. The price tag of the gun is about £138 which in my opinion is a fair price for what you’re getting so if you like what you’ve read so far go ahead and get the gun without any hesitation.
